The weather during the 2012 harvest was seamless from bud break continuing through harvest, resulting in ideal conditions for bud break, flowering and fruit set. The long summer days were warm and the nights were cool and sometimes foggy, producing prime temperatures to ripen the fruit, thus creating an idyllic harvest.

Tasting Notes

A pretty and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc that calls for warm summer days and oysters or ceviche! Brilliant pale-straw color. Aromatics of lemon, goose berry and lychee nut are held together by a backbone of minerality. Crisp, clean, bright flavors of citrus, grass, goose berry and mineral. It is a lively wine that will keep you coming back for more!
